About the Centre: Oz Education Glendale is set to open in late 2024. This brand-new centre will feature six spacious rooms, all equipped with modern facilities and resources, designed to create a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

The centre is currently recruiting Certificate III / Diploma-qualified educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join the Glendale team. Educators are needed for each of the six rooms, with Room Leader positions also available.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process can include:

  1. Candidate submits their resume and cover letter through Propsle, Seek.com or through emailing the centre directly.
  2. Director will contact appropriate candidates for an interview by phone and will then confirm the details of the interview by email.
  3. Interview with the Centre Director (preferably face-to-face at our Glendale Centre, however phone interviews can be arranged if required).
  4. When interviewing for a Leadership position (2IC/Educational Leader), if the candidate is deemed suitable after the initial interview with the Centre Director, a second interview will be organised with our support staff from the Oz Education Head Office. 
  5. Candidates will be communicated the outcome of their application within 2-5 days of the interview.

Applicants will be asked to discuss / explain different subjects such as:

  • Experience
  • Knowledge
  • Qualifications
  • Previous roles and responsibilities
  • Understanding of the frameworks, laws, regulations, & NQF.
  • Scenario based questions - such as mandatory reporting responsibilities and / or process
