The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Leader / 2IC to join our team. As the Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational program, curriculum development, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Additionally, as the 2IC, you will support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre. 

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education (Birth - 5 years)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current Children Protection, First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations
  • Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals
