Lots of societies to support diversity. I'm a part of a few clubs to promote diversity and they're all really supportive. Parental leave policy is excellent.

Our division is predominantly women (57%), we have lots of internal communication around minority groups and awareness.

On the outside, it looks like they care about diversity. However, within my team, it is clear that the percevied culture revolves around the caucasian and privileged demographic and, speaking generally, they are favoured for projects and opportunities.

They are really good in this aspect
