Lots of societies to support diversity. I'm a part of a few clubs to promote diversity and they're all really supportive. Parental leave policy is excellent.

On the outside, it looks like they care about diversity. However, within my team, it is clear that the percevied culture revolves around the caucasian and privileged demographic and, speaking generally, they are favoured for projects and opportunities.
