In my own team we have volunteering days, which I adore.

Have lots of risk processes in place to ensure they are doing the right thing. I have not been involved long enough to determine if what they are doing is right or could be done better

There are a lot of initiatives in the community and the company supports its staff getting involved in this.

Volunteer programs etc. I am a volunteer for the Red Cross Breakfast Club because of the opportunity I got through KPMG.

charity events and team events also graduate challenge raising directly for fare share

Lots of internal CSR stuff, with opportunity to seek out pro bono work and responsibilities.
