The KPMG Graduate Program is a permanent program for final year students and recent grads.

To be eligible for our grad program you need to have recently graduated (typically this is within the last two years) or be graduating by December 2023.

As a KPMG Law Graduate, you will gain first-hand experience applying skills learnt throughout your degree, partnering with senior team members to provide holistic client orientated outcomes to real life scenarios. At KPMG Law, our graduates are given the opportunity to rotate between 4 of our business units within your first year. Thus giving you the exposure to further understand the complexities of our law firm. From day one you will provide support to the wider KPMG Law team, as well as experience cross divisional engagements to ultimately provide our clients the end-to-end solution they’re seeking.
