At Yarda, our goal is to create a better way for Aussies to look after their backyard.

The lawn care industry in Australia really hasn't changed since the 1970s. It still relies on visits by expensive service professionals and the use of toxic herbicides and pesticides. But times have changed, technology has progressed and customers care about the harm these chemicals cause - to pets, people and the planet. At Yarda, we think there is a better way to love our lawns - and we're making it happen!

Recruitment Process

Being a small team the interview process is pretty straightforward and aims to make sure both sides get to know each other.

  • Initial chat - to discuss the role, responsibilities and where you are at
  • Formal interviews - 2-3 interviews running through your experience, ability to do the role, and cultural fit
  • Job trial - either an assessment or afternoon in the office to do a trial piece of work
