Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and uphold a well-organized, professional classroom environment in accordance with the Wonder Garden Philosophy, consistently updating to meet campus requirements.
  • Create and implement teaching materials and activities based on the Wonder Garden Pedagogy, ensuring strict adherence to the Wonder Garden philosophy. Plan and execute the Wonder Garden required curriculum, including creating and delivering educational presentations.
  • Keep precise records of each child's academic and developmental milestones, along with continuous observation documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the school and parents, maintaining transparency regarding each child’s progress and fostering positive relationships.
  • Offer continuous training and support to staff in the application of the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators, organizing meetings and optimizing team performance.
  • Engage in regular communal activities with children, upholding the organization's brand image.
  • Support the Campus Principal in organizing marketing and promotional events, including enrollment drives.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education, including some experience in a leadership role.
  • Students  in the process of obtaining a Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education are encouraged to apply, and relevant coursework can be considered as part of the experience.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
