Outreach Process:

Initial Phone Outreach:

• Expect a call from a Chinese mobile, as the HR team is currently based in China.
• The purpose of this call is to initiate contact and schedule the first-round interview with HR.

First Round Interview with HR:

• This interview will primarily concentrate on gathering crucial information about your qualifications, visa status, preferred work hours, and salary expectations,etc. Additionally, it will provide you with an introduction to the position and the organization you would be working with."

Second Round Interview with Hiring Manager:

• Candidates who pass the HR interview will have a personal interview with the hiring manager or a designated representative.
• Typically, two rounds of interviews are conducted; however, for certain roles like the Associate of CEO, additional rounds may be required.
