Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports each child's unique needs for infants and toddlers.
  • Observing and documenting children's progress and developmental milestones.
  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.
  • Work closely with the team to create a cohesive and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or above in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification (or equivalent as recognized in Australia).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education, including nursery educator role. Students in the process of getting Certificate III/Diploma/BA in Early Childhood Education is required less experience. 
  • Students in the process of obtaining a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education are encouraged to apply, and relevant coursework can be considered as part of the experience.
  • Having Registered Nurse License and Nurse Practitioner shall be preferred
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training and valid Working with Children Check.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Passion for early childhood education and genuine care for children and families.
  • Be reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals
