Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, monitor and implement working plans to achieve the working requirements of Chairman & CEO
  • Assist the Chairman & CEO to define and manage the scope of Australia work, including schedule, cost and quality outcomes for the project.
  • Assist with developing and implement the project approach, corporate outcomes as per project directive, including marketing research, identification and business development of opportunities in order to maximize outcomes.
  • Assess and manage project risk, and manage contract variations and scope change.
  • Assist with the preparation of data and record for all meetings, business development approach etc.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with selected vendors, brokers and stakeholders etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above qualifications in marketing, administration and business management/administration
  • 0-1 year working experience in the field of Associate role, including but not limited to Admin Associate, Marketing Associate etc. (Fresh graduates are considered)
  • A demonstrable aptitude for internal and external customer liaison, and demonstrated understanding of planning, scheduling.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, plus good organizational skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Mandarin skill is required

Salary and Benefits:

Work Hours and Conditions:

  • Casual position, 25 hours per week (Opportunity of turning full time position)
