Westhaven has been supporting families in our community for over 60 years, through our focus on quality and flexible disability services such as social support, living arrangements, and employment opportunities.

Recruitment Process

Online application (includes uploading of resume, cover letter, ID, any relevant qualifications, first aid certificate, WWCC, NDIS check (if the candidate has from previous employment), NSW Drivers Licence)
No phone interview/screening
Group interviews Dubbo, Orange and Bathurst (involves 1 group discussion, 1 group activity, 1 individual written assessment)

Selection process:

Compliance requirements (WWCC, NDISWC, first aid, NSW drivers licence, Visa (if not resident))
Willing to undertake pre-employment police check and reference checks
Flexible availability
Experience in aged care, nursing, support work, community services, education highly regarded

Casual, PPT and FT opportunities are available
Hourly rates start from $30.46, plus loading where appropriate
Increased rates of pay for relevant qualifications above Certificate III paired with previous disability experience
