Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process entails:

  • Posting an online advertisement for a vacancy
  • Screening candidate applications within 1-2 weeks of live ad
  • Phone interviewing shortlisted candidates (5-10 mins, with P&C)
  • Face-to-face interview (panel of 2-5, a mix of HR and Executive Management. Questions are based on experience, job fit and culture fit
