Recruitment Process

Strong attention to detail and a winningness to go above and beyond
Great communication skills both internally and externally
Good basic knowledge of suitable plants and irrigation
A passion for horticulture
A desire to learn and be a part of a growing niche area of landscaping

Remuneration & Career Growth

Salary is between $65 - $70k + superannuation including fully paid company vehicle and mobile phone
On the job training
Opportunities to grow within the company and move into an installation/management role after 12 months of service
