We are seeking an inventory controller to be part of the hardware supply chain operation. In this role, you will work closely with the logistic officer and a small hardware team with the following responsibilities:

• Perform day to day warehouse and inventory management to ensure sales order dispatch dates are communicated within NetSuite and the resulting timely dispatch of all customer orders.
• Receive a shipment of stock and coordinate inwards inspection with technical staff.
• Perform internal stock transfer to ensure stock across multiple locations are accurately available and in time.
• Check all associated documents for inbound and outbound deliveries for accuracy.
• Manage the receipt and movement of Customer Return Authorisations (CRA)
• Perform inventory stock takes to ensure stock accuracy
• Generate and analyse reports on variance, stock usage and turns
• Create new and maintain inventory item records within Netsuite
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation.
• Adher to WHS procedures to ensure the safety of individuals.
