Recruitment Process

The design of their recruitment process is to get to know who you are, how you work and what motivates you. That involves 3 steps;

  • Applications: CV and cover letters
  • Initial screening with 20 min phone call
  • Meeting managers and the teams: normally involves 1-2 interviews to further understand your experiences and assess team fit.
