Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process

Submit your application including your CV and cover letter.
If you are shortlisted you will be contacted by a member of staff for a quick chat over the phone. You should expect to hear back from us with a week of applying. We will then let you know within a day if your application with be progressing.
If your application is progressed then you will come in and meet with a Principal Director for an interview. Expect to talk about previous job experience, any current study and let us know your expectations too.
Finally, a successful candidate will be contacted to provide at least two referees for reference checks before we make a final offer.
