Recruitment Process
Application via email with Resume and cover letter outlining your interests and what you want from a career in Beauty
Phone Interview with Owner or Manager within 7 days of application for a duration of approximately 30minutes
Face to Face interview with Salon Manager which can include a short skills-based trial, approximately 1 - 1.5 hrs in total
Selection criteria
Currently Studying or have completed their Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy
Be positive and goal orientated
Work well in a team environment
Be very reliable and an absolute team player
Understand the importance of providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
Understand the importance of correct OHS procedures,
Be passionate about beauty therapy and want to learn and grow to be the best therapists possible.
