We are seeking somebody who will thrive on making a difference to our consumers by facilitating positive health and wellbeing options for individuals, their families, and carers. You must be someone that can provide holistic care to our consumers, including caring for their physical and mental wellbeing as well as their safety. You will liaise with members of the facility team to deliver a consumer-focused service that effectively meets individual Consumers' needs, while promoting functional independence, wellness and lifestyle choices within a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) environment.

Recruitment Process

If successful:

  • Police check and health/fitness assessment completed (questionnaire)
  • Employment paperwork completed
  • Contract signed
