Their custom-designed accommodation spaces offer renters an inner-city nest to not just call home but also connect and network. Residents of their apartments live in private studios or apartments with access to communal living where they can meet new friends and ultimately unwind in the company of others should they want to.

With more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality and short-term accommodation industries, co-founders Alex Thorpe and Rhys Williams started UKO in 2018 with backing from the Accommodation Powerhouse Group. Their dynamic team consists of real estate professionals, designers, salespeople, operations experts, marketers and hospitality veterans.

Landlords interested in partnering with UKO will get access to multi-channel marketing assistance, regular inspections and high retention rates. Real estate is owned by one landlord or a joint venture, meaning units are not built to be sold off individually but rather leased out over the long term.

UKO manages more than 46 blocks with over 1500 apartments nationally and is expanding our portfolio month by month.
