Recruitment Process

In order to get an interview with Ucidity we will require:

Relevant portfolio
Examples of work
Statistics or data reflecting the quality of work

If you are seen to be a right fit for us, we will then organise a Phone interview which will typically last 30-45 minutes. Successful participants will then have an In-person interview in order to determine the right fit.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Roles will be remunerated based on experience and value to the business.
Each role comes with the opportunity to grow as a leader and build your own team.
All sales entail commissions opportunities.
