Job Description: Warehouse Worker

At Tortuga, we build consumer brands in-house from the ground-up - to develop diverse products on a large scale. Our growing, talented and inquisitive team works collaboratively to maximise our online consumer reach, and to create brands and products with impact and purpose.

Our Warehouse team is responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.

About the role

• Checking incoming goods against invoices and inspecting them to ensure they are free of damage
• Picking and assembling products ready for dispatch
• Unloading delivery trucks and unpacking the contents of packages
• Using warehousing machinery, such as forklifts, place and remove items on shelves or racks.
• Lifting weights around 10-12 kgs.
• Sorting items and placing them in the correct location on shelves.
• Complying with safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
