Royal Sydney is a unique club which is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to staff, members and guests. Our sporting facilities, Clubhouse and spectacular grounds continue to grow and evolve to ensure that we remain one of the top private member clubs in the world.
Our Royal Sydney team consists of approximately 250 people with varied and diverse skill sets.
- House - A dynamic team responsible for all front-of-house and back-of-house operations within the Clubhouse. Which features our Reception Team, Food and Beverage and Events Teams.
- Sporting Areas - Our Links and Northern Areas Team look after everything outside of the Clubhouse ensuring that our sporting facilities and landscapes are in prime condition all year round. Whether it be the tennis courts, golf courses and croquet lawns, or the spectacular flowerbeds and herb gardens which supply our kitchen with fresh ingredients, they have it covered.
- Sport - The Golf & Tennis Team is responsible for facilitating the golf, tennis and squash experience at Royal Sydney. This includes day-to-day operations, private coaching, adult and junior programs, equipment preparation, greeting and coordinating members for both social and competitive play as well as managing the Sport Shop retail operations.
- Administration - Our Human Resources Team strives to ensure that you, our staff and greatest asset, enjoy coming to work each day and have the opportunities to grow both personally and professionally in your time at the Club. Finance looks after the books and ensures you are paid correctly and on time by our in-house Payroll Specialist. Membership is a key contact for our members and responds to all membership-based enquiries. Property Services and IT are on hand to look after our infrastructure and the Communications team ensures that staff and members are always kept in the loop.
