A metal fabrication apprenticeship with The Pluto Program (TPP) will teach aspiring metal workers how to be the best in their field. Each day will be different, working on technical fabrication projects in the architectural construction industry. Learn how to design in CAD, develop functional custom designs, and learn how to build complex and exciting products.

TPP executes every job to the highest quality from design to fabrication and finish. They want an apprentice that wants to learn how to be the best tradesman in the industry and assist TPP to continue delivering the best quality products possible. As TPP is a small business the successful candidate will have one on one learning opportunities and be exposed to different tasks every day such as. Mig, tig, arc welding, grinding, polishing, marking out, making jigs, many different fabrication methods, rigging, and architectural concrete. fastening, fixing and complex joining methods, metal forming methods and processes, metal structure design methods on CAD and in the workshop, reading and understanding complex drawings, and shaping balance between form and function to create architectural products for the high-end construction market.
