The Pluto Program (TPP) was born out of a desire to create environmentally friendly, well-designed landscape products for people to enjoy the outdoors.
TPP has designed its very own cement mix using waste and industrial by-products. Traditional cement is incredibly energy and resource intensive, it's not great for the planet. They thought they could do better so they overhauled the material makeup of traditional Portland cement and created their own. They call it the 'Bloom' cement mix. The Bloom cement mix is less energy intensive than traditional Portland cement and is made up of 70% repurposed waste products that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
