The Little School Preschool Inc is a 16-place, standalone, community-owned preschool situated in the heart of the Kembla Grange Estate, now known as Stream Hill. Established in 1978 by local community members, The Little School has earned a long-standing reputation for excellence within the community.
The preschool is staffed by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team of professionals, each with years of experience in delivering and upholding high-quality early childhood education and care. The Little School is dedicated to supporting its members in providing the highest levels of early childhood education through ongoing training, resources, professional development opportunities, and personalized coaching and mentoring in both individual and group settings.
The preschool is deeply committed to inclusive practices, sustainability, and active participation in the broader community. It serves as an engagement service for the Early Start Denver Model in partnership with the University of Wollongong's Early Start Program, with all staff receiving specialized training and development in this model.
