2022 Room Attendants - Housekeeping null

Job description:

• Ensure that your daily allocation of guest rooms is cleaned within your shift according to the Fullerton brand standards. This could be a mix of check-out and occupied rooms and suites.
• We do not have balconies or kitchenettes so more time can be focused on the quality cleaning of the room.
• Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests
• Report any guest room or guest corridor maintenance issues
• Respond to any requests from the Housekeeping Supervisor such as additional amenities or being allocated to a different urgent room.
• Uphold The Fullerton Hotels & Resorts standards and the hotel's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Room Attendant in a large luxury hotel is a big plus but not essential
• The physical ability to clean at least 13 rooms per day
• Availability to work 5 days per week including weekends as rostered
• A willingness to be flexible with being allocated to other tasks if required
• Professional verbal guest communication skills and personal presentation.
• Thorough follow-up, strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to delight guests and provide superior levels of service.
• A willingness to comply with all current Covid Safe workplace practices and government requirements.
