Recruitment Process

Recruitment process:

  • Applicants responding to a specific job opening should include a cover letter and a current CV.
  • Short-listed applicants will be invited to attend an initial interview, typically via a video-meeting, which will last around 30 minutes. These interviews will generally be conducted by the department manager and may include other relevant staff members.
  • Applicants who are successful in the initial interview will be invited to attend a longer face-to-face meeting with the department manager and managing director. They will be given more information about the company and the role, and shown around the premises. They will be asked additional questions, such as how they would handle specific aspects of the role, what they would be seeking to get out of the role and from working with the company in general, etc.
