At The Co-Group we know that our team is our greatest asset. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities, the aged and those who are unwell, we'd love to hear from you.

We are a growing charitable NFP organisation that provide workforce solutions to community organisations. Employment opportunities include casual, temporary or permanent work in the disability, aged care or community sector.

As a charity, The Co-Group is proud to be able to work with and donate funds to innovative and caring qualified Australian charities working at the front line to relieve poverty and enhance the lives of older Australians and people with disabilities who are in need.

Each year The Co-Group Board seeks out public benevolent institutions (PBI) who are working at the front line and who are suitable recipients for funds. The potential recipients are reviewed to determine alignment to TCG's mission and goals. TCG works with the successful recipient on the design of their programs to ensure the parties are able to meet their goals which are to improve the lives of people with disabilities or who are aged and in distress.

For example, The Co-Group over the past 2 years has provided support to organisations such as;

  • Young Care
  • Rev. Bill Crews Foundation
  • The Royal Hospital for Women foundation
  • Huntington's NSW/ACT
