They don't look or feel like your average tutoring centre!

The team at The Brightspace is committed to developing the holistic well-being of the ‘whole’ child, considering their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive outcomes and as part of this approach, they also offer creative workshops for children.

Their Community Event Space

Their vision to create an event space in the heart of Botany stems from their close personal ties with the area. The Brightspace Team are proud and passionate members of the Botany community in South-East Sydney. The family-run business already operates 2 child-centered services in the local area: All Star Early Learners and Star Club outside-school-hours-care. They’re dedicated to being a valuable contributor to the community and providing exceptional services for the children and families within it.

Leave Brighter

Their event space is called The Brightspace because they want everyone who comes here to feel inspired and fulfilled by their experience. In everything they do, they ask themselves if their visitors will leave brighter than they came. They want to inspire learning. They strive to instill confidence, create smiles and laughter, facilitate human connection and make everyone’s day better for having been here.

Their Amazing Team

Their amazing team of tutors, workshop facilitators, and admin staff come together at The Brightspace from a variety of backgrounds. They have diverse skills in early childhood, education, art, and business. But they share a common goal, which is to extend a warm welcome to their community.

The Brightspace founder, Michelle Bouabaid, has a strong commitment to serving the community and bringing people together. She is a tireless advocate for children, staff, and the community as a whole to be the best they can be, and has led exceeding childcare practices across nine licensed services. It is her vision to create a community hub to bring people together by inspiring learning which has been the driving force behind The Brightspace philosophy.

Our Space

The Brightspace has been purposefully chosen and developed to meet the needs of the members of our community. They’re all about happy vibes. The space is warm, inviting, vibrant and comfortable. They have the room and the resources to adapt and provide the appropriate environment for everyone, from group workshops to one-to-one tutoring. There is open space for shared learning and fun, and separate rooms for quiet learning.
