Tea Craft is a fun, well-established small business, respected for supplying high-quality tea to Australia's top restaurants and cafes.

We're looking for a Marketing All-rounder with skills, experience and/or qualifications in:

  • Marketing - all 4Ps of the marketing mix will be required. Particularly products (e.g. supporting clients with product knowledge) and promotions (e.g. campaign creations)
  • Client liaisons - phone, email and visits
  • Cloud computing-based admin incl. maintaining customer data, sales, inventory, web updates
  • Production support

The typical workday will involve primarily product and client management. You will also be working on projects with the team, helping to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting either the hospitality industry or the online retail market.

You will also be expected to assist with blending and packing tea orders as requested. We are a small team, so while each team member has their key duties, each must also be flexible and cooperative in sharing production tasks.
