Applicants should submit short CV and 1 paragraph email about why they want to work in this niche tea industry. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview and subsequent referee checks for the top applicant. Paid trial is then usually offered to the chosen applicant.
Successful applicants are interested in tea, tea culture and service. They are creative thinkers, self-driven and have a positive work attitude.
Most of our roles will be guided by the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award. Career opportunities may include overseas travel to tea growing countries dependent on the role. Those demonstrating sufficient prowess have been promoted from casual to full-time after three months.
