Recruitment Process
our recruitment process will require a CV sent through to accounts@tacticalcarpentry.com.au and a brief conversation over the phone. Once selected a trial period will commence for 2-3 months depending on the applicant.
I am looking for someone with a can-do attitude and someone eager to learn or if the applicant has previous experience to broaden their knowledge. I don't expect applicants to know everything but just want to learn and better their skills. Not only will they learn but I can guarantee they'll have an enjoyable time doing it.
Remuneration & Career Growth
I am willing to pay apprentices well above award if they are willing to put in the work, most of our work is on the northern beaches so no real travel is required
