Recruitment Process

Sydney Air & Solar's recruitment process varies from time to time but typically involves:

  • application by sending resume, cover letter and any licences or academic records to the recruitment officer
  • the recruitment officer will call successful candidates and hold a brief phone interview to discuss the candidate's overall career goals and ambitions and ask some additional questions after carefully reviewing their resume and cover letter
  • successful candidates will subsequently be invited to a more formal interview on site or via facetime with the department manager to further discuss whether the candidate is suitable to the role. During this interview the candidate might be asked to perform some minor tasks or display certain skills so that the manager may further understand their skills and knowledge. This interview generally takes 30 min - 1 hour.
  • successful candidates will have the skills or experience required as per the job description and more importantly have the right attitude and growth mindset because Sydney Air & Solar believes that anything is possible when people want to learn and grow as people and as team members, they will be committed and passionate and have a positive can do attitude.
