Recruitment Process

Once you have submitted your current resume, you will receive an opportunity to provide our recruitment team with more information that will help us match you to the participants we support. 

We will ask you to self-rate your skills and experience, but also tell us about your interests and hobbies, your availability and what you are looking for in your next support worker role. 

An interview will be scheduled over MS Teams, where you will meet someone from HR and your potential Team Leader! You will be asked to provide specific examples of your experience and how you would respond to common scenarios. 

If successful, you may be offered a role on the spot! You will be invited to attend induction at our Wallsend office (3 hours) which includes Safe Medication Management competency (assessed by our Registered Nurse). You will meet a number of staff from our management team, and have an opportunity to ask your rostering questions. 

Buddy Shifts are offered to those working with our high intensity participants, and if you are working with Accommodation, a thorough site induction will be arranged.
