Recruitment Process

Application includes CV, cover letter, academic transcript, ID.
The initial Phone screen is usually done between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 10 to 15 minutes with the hiring manager.
An in-person interview is usually one conducted at the centre for 40 minutes. The focus of the interview is to understand the candidate background, experience and qualifications and explain about Kidopia Values

We pay over and above the award rate to a candidate who fits our core values and needs.
