About the role
Strata Choice has an enviable reputation in the strata industry for providing exceptional professional strata management services. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an addition to our Risk Services Team on a max term contract for 12 months. This team is responsible for ensuring that a wide range of legislated compliance processes are completed as part of the strata management services our company offers.
Although this is a back-office role, you will interface daily with many different team members and you will be a vital support to our busy Strata Management teams. If you enjoy process, problem-solving and you get satisfaction from a high detail, the administrative function then this position will suit you. This could be your first step to gain experience in the booming strata/property industry in Sydney.
You will be working in an award-winning strata business, that has been established for more than 35 years. The core elements of the role include:
• Undertaking complex administrative processes in relation to one or more areas of strata building compliance
• Liaising effectively with external suppliers to organise various inspections, work and reports to be undertaken
• Monitoring and progressing all documentation workflows, maintaining the database and ensuring accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and following up on all processes in a timely way
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders as needed
