Recruitment Process

The recruitment process will incorporate the following steps:

  • Your application - to include a CV and Cover Letter
  • A phone interview (about 15 minutes)
  • A psychometric assessment which is done online
  • The first and second interviews normally conducted face to face
  • Reference checking and background screening
     

Remuneration & Career Growth

Remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications, early talent roles may in the range of $50k pa to $65 k pa depending on the position.

As a guide, progression from an Assistant Strata Manager position to a Strata Manager position would take 18-24 months, and would require the person undertaking the studies required to obtain a Class 2 Strata Licence.
