In this role you will not only provide quality front of house services for our Sydney office in a professional and efficient manner, you will also work in collaboration with our Office Manager and Perth based Marketing team to provide general administrative and events support. The hours required for this role are to cover core business hours are 8.15 am to 5.15 pm. Your responsibilities include:

  • operation of switchboard for the Sydney office and as required, Perth and Darwin;
  • greeting and assisting clients;
  • booking and co-ordinating meeting rooms and setup (including co-ordination of audiovisual equipment )
  • maintaining the presentation of the reception area, meeting rooms and the kitchen (including stock);
  • arranging catering and beverages for external and internal meetings and events as required;
  • assisting with on the ground event requirements as well as assisting the AU Business Development & Marketing team with event administration;
  • providing administrative and/or secretarial support to the Office Manager and other areas of the business as and when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will be a professional and enthusiastic individual with experience in a professional office environment working as a receptionist or similar. You will need a 'can do' attitude as this role has the opportunity to engage with all teams across our Australian offices and has a high level of client interaction.

You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high-level attention to detail, be proactive and use initiative, and work well in a team environment. Your outstanding organisation and multi-tasking skills and commitment to excellence will see you shine in this role.
