With years of experience in the job active sector, we were faced with the constant frustrations from multiple employing companies of the referred candidates are not equipped or suitable for the vacancy, thus leaving the employer exerting valuable time and resources to train their new employee, we found pre-employment training and preparation is essential in preparing candidates for vacancies.
