PRO-ACT provides and delivers the necessary pre-employment programs to ensure a long-lasting synergy between employer and employee. With years of experience in the job active sector, we were faced with the constant frustrations from multiple employing companies of the referred candidates are not equipped or suitable for the vacancy, thus leaving the employer exerting valuable time and resources to train their new employee, we found pre-employment training and preparation is essential in preparing candidates for vacancies.


Our programs have been created with the employer and the employees in mind to support the employers in a new way of recruiting new staff members. The program is primarily focused on creating long-term employment. Employers can get to train job seekers according to their specifications as needed in their industry with hands-on training. Employers can gain and retain a pool of candidates to assist with shifts/rosters.
 

Recruitment Process

  • Information session
  • Pre-screening
  • Application to include a CV, cover letter, academic transcript, ID etc
  • Phone or Zoom interview approx 30 mins
  • Talent trial 1-3 days
  • In-person interview with the employer
