From the very beginning, the vision for Pinnacle People Solutions was to make a meaningful contribution to the sustainability and growth of regional communities. There was a clear need for credible, expert HR advice for regionally-located organisations. Starting in Armidale, we now operate across three states, including multiple rural and remote locations. This growth would not have been possible, however, without a great team that is aligned with our vision and values; a critical factor for any business.

Recruitment Process

Application Process:

A search process is being undertaken by Pinnacle People Solutions in parallel with the advertisement of the position. Pinnacle People Solutions will support the Selection Panel to identify the widest possible field of suitably experienced and qualified candidates against the requirements for the role.

How to apply

Applications for the position should include the candidate's full name, address, contact details, and confidential email address, and comprise:
Candidate's Statement

A brief statement of application (no more than two pages) outlining what the candidate feels he/she brings to the position, and he/she would expect to accomplish in the role.

Response to the Selection Criteria

In no more than three pages, candidates are asked to respond to each of the Selection Criteria, taking into account experience, past roles and expertise.

Curriculum Vitae

Candidate CVs should document positions held, including relevant dates, title and reporting lines, responsibilities and key achievements.
It should also list education, training and qualifications details.

Referees

Candidates need to provide the full contact details of three referees whom the Consultant may contact. The candidate should state his/her relationship with the referee and why they have been nominated. It is expected that two of the referees will comprise the candidate's current and immediate former supervisors.

Referees will only be contacted after prior consultation with the candidate.

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that their referees are willing to provide reports when contacted.

Date of Commencement

Candidates should give an indication of the earliest date on which they would be available to commence duties at the practice.
