Apprentice Chef - TAFE Student preferred null

We are now on the lookout for an Apprentice Chef to join our fun & enthusiatic team. Ideally in your second year and ready to learn from the best in the business. The role will be to assist the Head Chef in the day to day operations of the kitchen.

Head Chef, Teofilo Nobrega Ex- Fratelli Paradiso Head Chef for 10 years is leading the culinary team at Piccolina Hunters Hill and will be ready to invest in your learning.

REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for cooking and the hospitality industry
• Assist food production as directed by the Chef
• Assist with organising & preparing food
• Flexible multitasking skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work on a rostered shift basis and able to cover shifts when needed
• A team player
• Empathy and the will to help others
• Actively observe, learn and practice commercial cookery

REMUNERATION WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
