APPRENTICE CHEF
We are now on the lookout for an Apprentice Chef to join our fun & enthusiatic team. The role will be to assist the Head Chef in the day to day operations of the kitchen. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside a well respected Head Chef and talented Sous Chef.

REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for cooking and the hospitality industry
- Assist food production as directed by the Chef
- Assist with organising & preparing food
- Flexible multitasking skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- The ability to work on a rostered shift basis and able to cover shifts when needed
- A team player
- Empathy and the will to help others
- Actively observe, learn and practice commercial cooker
EXPERIENCE WAITSTAFF
We are now on the lookout for experienced wait staff to join our fun & enthusiatic team. The right candidate will be capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and the team. You are friendly, have a positive attitude and willing to help.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience in a similar position as a waiter in a busy cafe/restaurant envrionment
- Excellent food and wine knowledge
- Experience using POS systems
- The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
- An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
- Brilliant customer service, always with a smile
- Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
- A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
- Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts are a must
