HR Coordinator
- Full Time – 38 hours per week
- 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday
- Salary sacrifice, up to $15,900 of tax-free income

PHM Health provides support services including in-home assistance, accommodation support, and everyday life skill development both on a one-to-one basis and through group support options.

Position Summary
This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to assist the HR Manager to streamline the department’s function. As the business continues to grow, the role will assist in maintaining procedures and processes during the employee lifecycle. You will join our busy HR Team based in our Belmore office.

Position Requirements
- Manage documentation associated with the employee lifecycle end to end, and contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes and their implementation
- Provide operational HR and employee relations advice on matters relating to employment terms and conditions, including employment legislation and the interpretation of industrial instruments/awards with support from the HR Manager
- Assist in investigations, employee dismissals, and disciplinary procedures to ensure that HR management is conducted effectively and fairly
- Manage processes relating to departures and off boarding
- Create and delivering HR reports and metrics
- Initiate and implement and ongoing promotion of HR related engagement initiatives and rollout of HR projects.
- Work closely with clients to become an ‘Employer of Choice’
- Advise and conduct performance reviews and management when required
- Create and delivering HR reports and metrics
- Conduct HR audits and implement recommendations
- Be a first point of contact for existing and new employee HR needs
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager
- Support Recruitment and onboarding activities
- Support Learning and Development activities

Selection Criteria
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience providing HR support and coordination
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive influence and approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure collaboration with employees creates professional first impression
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
- High-level attention to detail
- Proficient MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Processing
- High level of initiative and be solutions focused
- Talent search and hunting skills and experience in different recruitment channels is a plus
