Recruitment Process

Step 1

  • Application - Apply online by submitting a resume and cover letter
  • Harrison Questionnaire - completing a work preferences questionnaire, link provided by recruitment officer for to shortlisted applicants
  • Telephone interview - usually completed after closing date of the job ad. This is conducted by the recruitment officer at an agreed time with the applicant and usually take 15-20mins
  • Face to face or MS Teams interview - conducted by the recruitment officer, the manager of the team recruiting for and the candidate - 45mins process
  • Aptitude testing - usually completed face to face with one of Peoplecare's external consultants, however, can be done online depending on COVID restrictions. Includes testing on literacy, numeracy & abstract reasoning - 60-75minute process
  • Reference and background checks - completed by the recruitment officer upon permission of the applicant.
