Room Leader - TAFE Students Preferred null

We are seeking six dedicated and passionate Room Leaders in Early Childhood Education for our new 90-place center, opening in late 2024. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing one of our six rooms, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children.

You will lead a team of educators, develop and implement age-appropriate programs, and foster strong relationships with families and community.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and have a genuine commitment to early childhood education.

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Working towards or hold a Bachelor of Education (Birth - 5 years)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check
• National Police Check
• Current Children Protection, First Aid & CPR certificate    
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards    
• Ability to form positive rapport with all children, families, management and educators    
• Ability to confidently and clearly communicate, relate and interact with children, families, management and educators
