The application process is as follows:
Successful applicants have the willingness to work, show consistency and have an open mind when it comes to learning the skills and day in and day out garden/landscaping activities.
Work wage is based on hourly rate and experience. graduate students and early talent roles can expect to earn anywhere between $20-$30 an hour plus super, paid accrued annual and sick leave.
If the employee(s) is also using their vehicle for work purposes they will be compensated for the kilometres driven.
If the employee(s) are also showing a very consistent good work ethic, opportunities for promotions will become available within reasonable time frames.
