When you apply, you will need to include a resume and cover letter relevant to the role you are applying for. You will then be contacted by one of our recruitment specialists regarding the next steps of your application. For our Activation and Executive roles (Junior), you will not undergo psychometric testing or be required to complete an assessment.
If your application is successful, you will then be contacted to organise an interview with the appropriate hiring manager, due to COVID, this will be done remotely. We support flexible and remote working during the pandemic and are currently onboarding all new employees remotely. If you are successful post-interview, you will be verbally offered which will confirm the particulars of your role such as title, team, manager and salary.
For our Junior positions, we offer salary packages ranging from $47,000 - $60,000. We offer flexible working conditions, world-class training, mentoring, monthly events and activities, employee counselling and more.
