Nous is very invested on becoming more green. There are signs around the office to conserve energy in little ways (i.e. hand dryer over paper towels), less snacks with plastic wrapping, a compost bin, sensor lights, plants etc.

We have a green committee who run various initiatives to reduce our footprint - we recently had an inter-office competition to see which office could drop its takeaway coffee cup consumption. We also buy carbon offsets.

I have not witnessed many initiative in action here. Nous talks the talk but I am not sure if they actually have initiatives in place- if they do, I am unaware.
