We are looking for a fabulous Graduate & Induction Program Coordinator to join our friendly people team, due to exciting business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Learning or HR career who is looking to develop a learning specialisation in a supportive team environment. You will work in a team of five and will report to our L&D Delivery Lead to roll out inductions, webinars and other learning opportunities smoothly and efficiently.

The role is responsible for:

  • Coordination of the end-to-end logistics and set up of learning sessions and programs in Australia including induction and our savvy sessions (aka webinar learning events)
  • Identifying facilitators for local delivery of programs and ensure they are set-up for success
  • Partnering with the business to improve our key learning programs and create new ones
  • Building online/digital learning pathways and blended learning opportunities on our best-in-class learning system, Learn Amp.
  • Administering project and other feedback cycles using our top-notch performance feedback system, Lattice (yes, we have great systems to work with, who doesn’t love that!).
  • Managing participant lists for Nous learning programs and events
  • Administering our Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN) program delivery involving our Nousers (yes, that’s what we call ourselves!) providing mentoring to high students from disadvantaged schools

You are:

  • Flexible and adaptable and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Positive, have a can-do attitude and are genuinely interested in building your learning and development skills and knowledge
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and have good attention to detail
  • Able to forward plan and have strong time management skills
  • Enjoy working with good humour in a supportive yet fast-paced team environment

And the practical experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Learning or a related field
  • Experience in a similar Learning Assistant or Coordination position would be helpful but is not essential (this may suit someone wanting to experience a different part of HR)
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Ideally proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products, or willing and able to learn
