We work hard in this industry, we push our bodies to the limit for the love of hair. So it's important to find balance, making sure we have that mid-week break for our hands & feet to recover, only working every second Saturday so you can take those long weekends away. Supporting each other in a team instead of completing for clients. The salon is a community itself.
But to give your client a great service you must have a passion for hair, the key to this passion is to learn and unlock more creativity within after gaining that new found knowledge. Continuous training will always happen because no hairdresser wants to have creative restrictions.

An informal interview will happen in salon followed by a Practical Trades Review To showcase what your strengths.
During your apprenticeship you will be taken under the wing of the salon owner, to learn as much of her own knowledge as she can provide, as well as learning from leading brands such as Gold well and Davines.
Once you have completed your apprenticeship with NR you will gain new corridors to explore in the world of hair, whether that's competition work, volunteering, specializing in colour, cutting, bridal etc... Just know what ever you choose to do with your career NR will support you every step of the way.
